The Cortech Scarab Winter Gloves are well-armored and lightweight winter gloves. For a modest investment, the Scarabs will get you from here to there this winter with warm and dry hands. Offering a nice balance of a race gauntlet and a cold-weather glove, they have minimal bulk and provide excellent feel and mobility for an insulated glove.

The Scarabs feature a molded knuckle protector, titanium and carbon panels on the fingers, gauntlet and palm, and highly abrasion-resistant Schoeller Keprotech material layered in the palm area. Soft and durable goatskin on the palm and precurved fingers provide the fit and feedback of a sporty glove.

100 grams of Thinsulate Insulation in the Scarabs will keep your hands comfortable on mild winter days. For colder temperatures or long rides, go up a size in the Scarabs and add a pair of Firstgear Heated Glove Liners or opt for a pair of Held Freezer gloves.
