Good Times, Great Turnout at the Spaghetti Feed!

Posted on: July 18th, 2013 by Road Rider MCA No Comments

Huge thanks to EVERYONE who turned out for the MotoGP Spaghetti Feed and Bike Night last night!

It was a ton of fun, and was great to see new faces and old, as well as a TON of bikes. Special thanks and shout-outs have to go to Alpinestars and Z2 Track Days for joining with us to put on the event.

All the Alpinestars gear at the front of the store looked amazing in a new display, including two visiting race suits from Nicky Hayden and Ben Spies, and our huge new Alpinestars/Dani Pedrosa poster display in the front corner. Thanks to JB from Alpinestars for all his work and also for MC’ing the prize giveaways, which included a pair of S MX-Plus Boots, tickets to MotoGP, and plenty of brand new Road Rider t-shirts.

We were lucky to have instructors from Z2 Track Days on hand helping riders get their bikes ready for the track. Along with expertise and info, they donated a track day and a RoadRider 2.0 class that went to two lucky drawing winners.

Jason Hauns of JPH Suspension was working from start to finish all night, and didn’t even have a chance to take a spaghetti break. But thanks to Jason, dozens of riders are going to love their bikes even more this weekend. Final thanks must go to our hard-working spaghetti chefs, as well as to AAA Insurance for manning a tent and chatting with a lot of folks about their motorcycle policies.

We were thrilled with the energy and the turnout at what was our 2nd Annual MotoGP Spaghetti Feed and Bike Night. We look forward to seeing everyone in the store, and let the racing begin! Don’t forget to tune in to the race on Sunday to find out how close your GP Challenge predictions came to the race results, and to see if you may have won the Alpinestars Motegi Suit!
