2014 Bell Helmets Released!

Posted on: January 7th, 2014 by Road Rider MCA No Comments

Bell has just announced their 2014 line of helmets, and there is a lot of fresh stuff to scope. Take a look at what’s new from Bell for the new year, including two entirely new helmets: the Bullitt and the Qualifier. Plus, check out new graphic editions of the Star Carbon, RS-1, Vortex, and Rogue helmet lines. The Custom 500 will also reappear in February with new colors and a revised shape that fits better and looks smaller.

Many of the new helmet graphics are available now; the rest will become available in or before March. The Bullitt will be released in March and the Qualifier will be arriving at Road Rider later this month.

NEW HELMETS

Bell Qualifier

ETA: 01/15/2014

MSRP: $109.95

The Qualifier is a totally new helmet for 2014 and takes the place of the Bell Arrow to become Bell’s latest entry-level helmet. The Qualifier is a bargain indeed, priced at only $109.95 for any of the graphics or solid color options. It offers a host of advancements over the popular Arrow, and features a redesigned shell shape that is more aerodynamic and aggressive looking. Bell has also upgraded the Qualifier with their ClickRelease shield system. The uber-easy to use ClickRelease allows you to make shield changes in seconds. Try on the Qualifier at Road Rider later this month.

The hugely popular modern iteration of the Custom 500 will continue on in 2014, but will return in February with some new colors and a new shape that is designed to fit better and look smaller on your head.

Bell Bullitt TT

ETA: 03/10/2014

MSRP: $399.95

Bell takes it back to the old skool with the Bullitt – a premium, vintage-inspired lid for the modern rider. Its design is inspired by the original and unmistakable Bell Star design that came out in 1966, but this one is made with today’s technology. The low-profile, fiber composite shell and multi-density EPS liner keep your head protected, five intake vents keep you cool, and a flip-down visor ensures you stay comfy on the open roads. The Bullitt TT comes with a bubble-style flip-down visor, while the standard Bullitt features a flat visor. The visors are sold separately and are interchangeable between models.
